1. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@nima-fashion.com. Act quickly, because once the order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled and you’ll need to follow the return process.

3. Is it safe to pay with you?
Yes, we use advanced encryption to ensure your payment details are processed securely.

4. How much is shipping?
We do not charge shipping fees for orders within the Netherlands & Belgium!

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, we ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on whether you ordered before or after the 17:00 cut-off time. After that, delivery takes 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location. Read more in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return an item within 30 days from the delivery date, as long as it’s in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges. For more information, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. What are the return costs?
Return shipping is at your own expense.

8. Are the product colors as shown on the website?
We strive to display our product colors as accurately as possible. However, the colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product colors.
