  • Order shipping: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

Order Shipping & Transit

Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

On average, we ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on whether you ordered before or after the 17:00 cut-off time. After that, delivery takes 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive tracking details including your tracking number. You can also track your order via our Order Tracking Page.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@nima-fashion.com. Act quickly, because once the order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled and you’ll need to follow the return process.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

What should you do if something is wrong with your order?

  • Take photos
  • Write a short explanation of what went wrong (damage, wrong color, size, etc.)
  • Email us at info@nima-fashion.com along with your order number
